responsible to guide the representatives of the domestic industry as to the requirements to be satisfied to initiate an anti dumping investigation against imported products. Her responsibilities at the Commission included initial examination of the application; advising the Commission on the maintainability of the application on the basis of the parameters of presence of dumping, injury and minimum participation requirement from domestic industry as petitioner; scrutinising questionnaires filled by importers and foreign exporters; drafting and vetting of important documents during the investigations from the preliminary determination to final determination stage and advising the Commission on the same; advising the Commission on the course to be adopted in case of  litigation initiated by interested party/ies including both out of court consultations and representing the Commission in High Courts; registering and analysing the concerns of interested parties at the hearings conducted by the Commission; advising the Commission on enhanced and stringent compliance with the procedural requirements of the Anti dumping Duties Ordinance, 2000 and the WTO Anti Dumping Agreement etc.
